A well-established engineering company based in Quedgeley who are looking for a Vacuum Caster to join the team.
As a Vacuum Caster, you will have a key role in the production process. Using your knowledge and expertise, you will produce high-quality castings for clients. Your role will involve operating and maintaining state-of-the-art vacuum casting machinery, ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards.
The successful candidate will have ideally have experience in:
* Vacuum Casting, preferably within an engineering environment. However, if you are a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a background or interest in a related field, we will consider your application. Also open to considering candidates who have completed an engineering apprenticeship in a similar field.
* Aside from technical skills, you will need an exceptional eye for detail. You must also have excellent dexterity and be comfortable working with fiddly or small components.
* You will receive extensive training and support from experienced engineers in a friendly and supportive team.
* In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, there will be opportunities to work in the finishing department and expand your skills.
