McFen Plant hire was established in 2003 with the vision of being the partner of choice within the construction, civil engineering and related industries, delivering safer environmental sustainable and reliable equipment. McFen Plant’s ethos is to work in openness and collaboration ensuring professional delivery of all our services.
We operate a 24hr Plant Hire Service in London & the South East. Depending on the availability of the plant hire equipment you require, we can supply it to you within 24hrs providing your site is within the Greater London area.
In 2005 we added Road Sweepers to our fleet and now run 30 complete with qualified operators. We also have a fleet of Jet Wash Bowsers. Our municipal fleet all operate from our East London Depot.
We have recently added vacuum excavtors to our fleet which are used for safe excavation around services. This method of excavation is much more efficent than traditional methods and can reduce programme implications on site.
Vacuum Excavation Operative / HGV Drivers Class 2
This position is for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will come with previous experience in driving Skip, Grab, Tipper or Tanker wagons.
CSCS H&S Card: Essential
CPC: Not Essential
CPCS (Vacuum Excavation): Beneficial
Safe Work Critical Medical: Beneficial
Industry: Construction, Utilities or Plant hire
Training can be provided for the right candidate.
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Monday - Friday with the occasional weekend and nights depending on our clients requirements.
