Salary -£39,000 DOE- Stonehouse

The Role:

• Prepare validation documentation andmonitorexecution of validation plans.
• Support investigations and reporting.
• Continuous improvement - support.
• Provide technical support for failure analysis.
• Attendreview meetings, representing the Team.
• Risk escalation.
• Support departmental targets.
• Ensure EH&S and Quality Management System conformance (IATF 16949).
• Support Reliability Engineering methodologies.
• Support developmenttowards the provisionof reliability life estimates - products/systems

The Person:

• Degree level or other equivalent qualification in Engineering sector.
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of project managements skills and the ability to multi-task and switch effectively between different activities and priorities.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams to meet company business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, pressurised environment.

Desirable:

• A data driven Engineer with experience in applying DoE's&statistical analysis.
• Good Reliability Engineering knowledge; Weibull, FMEA, Statistical Analysis etc.
• Knowledge of diesel common rail fuel injection systems, test environments and diesel engines.
• Exposure to rig test instrumentation, data acquisition and analysis.
• Experience working with customers and communicating at all levels.
