Valuation Surveyor

Fusion People are actively recruiting for a Valuation Surveyor to work for our busy Property Consultancy client on a Hybrid basis.

Our client is looking for a Commercial - Valuation Surveyor who can also work on Residential properties (Including HMO's) on a permanent basis based ideally in or around the South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire or Lincolnshire areas,
This role is to add further support to their already busy valuations team who are looking to appoint an experienced and qualified chartered surveyor and registered valuer with at least 3 years PQE to undertake predominantly loan security valuations of commercial property. This is a hybrid role with the ability to work from home some of the week, but equally we will be searching for the ideal candidate to work collaboratively with the rest of the valuations team and to be a self starter.

Our client is starting the salary for the role at £50,000+, with a Car allowance or company vehicle, 36 Days holiday per annum and an extensive selection of company benefits.
