SalaryJob Title: Property -Valuations Executive
Location: Based at our offices in Colchester Essex.
Target: Valuer with Residential Property Valuations Experience.
Rewards: Basic Salary up-to £30K D.O.E, plus commission bonuses and Benefits, realistically achievable OTE of £34K.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 6.00PM, plus 1 in 6 Saturdays working 10.00AM-5.00PM on rota.
Timeline: Immediate interviews and Immediate start.

You will be responsible for managing the sale of residential properties with a large network of UK based estate agency partners.
