This is a permanent role with a salary range of GBP25000.00 - GBP30000.00, offering a competitive package including a car allowance and commission.
- Conduct valuations of residential properties ranging from £50,000 to £2,000,000 and convert into listings.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient processes.
- Showcase your negotiation skills by securing new business and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve targets.

- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Negotiator and Valuer in the real estate sector, showcasing exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ideally with experience in auction services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, ensuring smooth operations and efficient property listings.
