Our client is the go-to company for all your lifting and shifting needs. They have expertise in all aspects of lift and shift solutions and cater to clients across various industries, including industrial, commercial, manufacturing, domestic, and personal. Their solutions are designed to tackle awkward, heavy, and difficult lifting and more extensive projects such as relocations, complete dismantling of large machinery, and custom transportation of goods. They specialize in the delivery and removal of hazardous waste.

This role will suit someone who likes driving, is physically fit and can work on staying away from home.

Job role and the key responsibilities:

• Performing delivery of items to different locations throughout the UK
• Positioning equipment into the location on customer sites via manual handling or specialist lifting equipment
• Removing old equipment from sites
• Ensure all vehicle defect logs are completed prior to use
• Ensure that the vehicle is loaded correctly and securely
• Report any accidents on or off-site immediately
• Ensure all work is completed following the Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) & Safe Method of Work (SMOW)
• Complete all jobs to the highest standard and make sure all paperwork is signed off before leaving a site
• To be conversant with the company procedures, ensuring quality objectives are continuously met
• To ensure that the company's profile and image is always maintained at the highest standard
• To perform any other duties as instructed from time to time by any Director of the company

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, regular hours 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
• There will be possible early morning starts and late evening finishes, with away hotel stays (Expenses fully paid).
• Overtime paid
• Availability to work weekends when requested
• Extended hours may be required to meet deadlines

The pay rate:
£27,000 per annual
£500 allowance per month
