Van Driver

Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are working in partnership with DHL in Witham St Hughs recruiting for experienced Van Drivers to aid in peak operations throughout the week.
You will be required to deliver parcels to homes & businesses across the county. Approximately 50 to 75 drops per day, handball will be expected when loading and unloading van with assistance of warehouse staff.
What will I be expected to do?

• Deliver parcels accurately, planning daily route.
• Always represent our client professionally
• Follow instructions.
• Be versatile, and willing to learn new skills.

What skills do I need?

• Experience of working as a delivery driver
• Physical fitness
• Good time keeping
• Valid UK Licence with no more than 6 points.
• Either have already, or able to get a DBS Certificate -Paid by us if needed.
• 5 years checkable work history (References)

What hours will I be working?
The hours are for this Courier role are 0800 to1730, 3 to 4 days per week, between Monday to Friday.

What will I be paid?
The pay for this position is 12.90 per hour.
