This award-winning Indirect Tax Team in the North West are currently seeking a technically strong VAT Manager to manage a growing portfolio of clients that will span across all types of industries. This is a hugely advantageous opportunity for someone looking to build upon a profitable career in Indirect Tax. You will cover all areas of indirect tax focusing on client consulting and your primary focus will be building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will effectively contribute to the team's success by sound communication across teams and timely delivery on projects working closely with the Indirect Tax Partner. This team all come from very varied backgrounds ranging from the revenue, accountancy practices across the North and from in-house backgrounds. This is a great opportunity to gain good technical exposure where you will interact on a daily basis with UK and international clients. There is also the chance to be supported by a fantastic professional development programme with the view to progress to Directorship.In order to be considered you will have at least 5 years' experience in indirect tax and will be keen to develop further. You will be client focused and commercially aware with excellent communication skills and above all will be an excellent team player.
