Are you an experienced VAT specialist, looking to work for a forward-looking Tax Advisory and Accountancy Firm, with a competitive package, flexible working, autonomy and responsibility in an integral and sought-after position?
I am looking to hear from experienced VAT Advisor who is seeking a new challenge, or a competent skilled Manager or Director who can develop and maximise this firm's VAT practice. If you enjoy working with a mix of clients including owner managed and family-owned businesses (ranging in size from SME's to large international businesses), charities and the education sector this is an amazing opportunity for you. Your clients will vary in size and sector, but the one thing they have in common is that they expect a personalised service in which you will be their trusted adviser, performing with the highest level of integrity and diligence, ensuring the advice you give has a long-term view as well as dealing with the matter in hand.

In this role you will be responsible for working with a team of Part Qualified and Qualified TAX advisers as well as other teams within the business to help grow the VAT practice. After another profitable year, this highly successful firm is looking for a skilled individual to aid in future success to help grow the business further.
This role would suit an experienced individual who is looking to step up into a Senior Management position and become the go-to VAT specialist. My client expects passion for people and problem solving, someone who is not afraid to create and innovate. You will naturally coach and pass on your knowledge to others, creating opportunities to support the team around you to develop.
The successful applicant

• VAT Experience within an accountancy practice
• CTA or other equivalent tax qualification
• Management Experience
