Highly respected company based near Helston, Cornwall are looking to recruit a permanent, highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.
This is a really interesting and varied role where you will combine your administration experience with your skills to adapt to different tasks each day.
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative skills.
Requirements:
- Booking vehicles for MOT's, Services and Repair Work
- Logging Orders on the database
- Collating vehicle and machine Check Sheets and recording information
- Dealing with new vehicle deliveries
- Organising Sign writing / Trackers and Fuel Cards for new vehicles
- Keeping a database of the vehicle list / drivers
- Driving Licence Checks / New Starters are ok to drive
- Vehicle Taxes
- Assisting with Lifting Equipment Testing Administration
This role will also include (from time to time) moving vehicles around and collecting from servicing/repair locations which we think makes it really varied
