Vehicle Administrator - Temp To Perm

We are seeking a dedicate Vehicle Administrator to join our client. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and proficiency in Excel. You will be part of a small yet crucial team, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring operational excellence within the business.

• Process daily reports and documentation with accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team.
• Perform data input and collation tasks.
• Update shipping schedules and process damages.
• Support the Compound Team where trained and appropriate.
• Maintain and monitor computer systems daily.
• Keep accurate timesheet records.
• Create and process purchase orders (POs).

• Experience working with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
