You need at least 5 years experience in car sales or car sales management, this role is an autonmous one, so this level of experience is essential.

Vehicle Buyer role, hourly rate plus a bonus and commission, you work around 40-44 hours a week (usually 4 days) pays basic of approx 20k plus up to 6k bonus and commission, company car, fuel etc. usually 3 appointments a day (conversion rate averages above 80%).

You earn commission on the profit in the vehicles, if you follow process it should be 35-45k plus, field-based working from home.
