Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor with expertise in Audatex to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in accurately assessing and appraising Vehicle Damage, ensuring efficient claim processing and excellent customer service. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will utilise your in-depth knowledge of Audatex software to streamline the estimation process and contribute to the overall success of our automotive repair operations.

Responsibilities:

Damage Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of Vehicle Damage, both exterior and interior, utilising Audatex software to ensure precise and detailed evaluations.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters, repair technicians, and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate damage assessment

Audatex Software Utilisation:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Audatex software to generate comprehensive repair estimates, factoring in labour, parts, and materials costs.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Audatex to maximise efficiency and accuracy in the assessment process.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed and clear reports on damage assessments, including photographs and supporting documentation, to assist in the claims and repair process.
  • Ensure all assessments comply with industry standards, insurance regulations, and company policies.

Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with insurance professionals, repair technicians, and customers to explain assessment findings and answer any related queries.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide timely updates on assessments and contribute to the overall work flow efficiency.

Quality Control:

  • Implement quality control measures to verify the accuracy of assessments and estimates, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of processes and work flows to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, with a focus on Audatex software utilisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and labour costs.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytic skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and insurance practices.
  • Certification or training in Audatex software is highly desirable.
