This organisation are at an exciting point of growth, and have an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience of working within the motor industry, that has knowledge of the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles to join a great team. The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills, strong customer service skills, and a polite telephone manner.
Salary - £30-33k plus fantastic benefits
Some of the duties will include:
- First point of contact for vehicle related queries including breakdowns, tyre replacement and more
- Manage approve and audit all service, maintenance and repair requests
- Ensure transactions are approved at the lowest possible cost
- Liaising with manufacturer after sales, customer service and dealerships
- Agree the vehicle work that needs to be carried out with repairer and the driver
- Maintain product knowledge
- Working with internal departments
- Working well as part of a team
- Providing a high level of service, communicating well internally and externally
The suitable candidate:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles
- Previous experience within a dealership
- Strong team player
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to manage a heavy workload
- Local to the Watford area
