Position:Vehicle Mechanic
Location: Cardiff
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: 28,000 to 36,000 + Bonuses + Overtime
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Conduct thorough inspections and identify any mechanical issues.
- Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within set timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Follow all safety protocols and workshop procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or similar environment.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent).
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving license.
