Douglas Park Glasgow is looking for a Vehicle Progress Chaser.

Committed to growing our business, an opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, committed Vehicle Progresser and Site coordinator to join our BMW & MINI team.
Please note, this is a Monday to Friday-only role.
Your profile

• No particular previous experience is needed, as we will be happy to support and develop the right person. However, attention to detail is paramount for this role.
• Liaise between internal departments including Sales and Service/Aftersales
• Check in and out of all transporters delivering and collecting cars.
• Inspect and monitor new/used car preparation work and schedules to meet customer deadlines
• Assisting Sales Team with Administration to customer deadlines
• Organising Vehicle Delivery/Hand over
• Assist with Forecourt Presentation
• Organising photography of used stock to ensure our internet advertising is up to date
