We have an exciting new vacancy to join a growing team on the outskirts of Leeds. This is a busy, varied role that would suit someone with experience in a similar role or in a service advisor position.
DETAILS:
- Office based role.
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
- Up to £26,000 depending on experience.
DUTIES:
- Develop relationships with dealers and garages to ensure the best outcome.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all queries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of Vehicle Repairs.
- Be responsible for all administration associated with each case.
- Effectively manage time to ensure workload remains up to date.
- Challenge network providers in a way that minimises downtime.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Comprehensive admin skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Organised and good at managing your own time.
- Experience in a similar role, dealing with vehicles and insurance claims would be highly advantageous.
