We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our team in Nuneaton. Due to an increase in demand and growing the team, we require Technicians with main dealer / franchise experience to join us on our journey.

• Basic Salary of up to £34,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Fantastic un-capped bonus with an OTE of over £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Undertaking vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and guidelines
• Providing accurate and detailed reports on vehicle condition, work performed and recommendations for further repairs or maintenance.
• Collaborating effectively with other team members to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ in automotive maintenance and repair or equivalent
• Proven experience within an automotive dealership or service centre.
• Valid Driver’s License

Desirables:

• Apprentice trained / Time served
• Experience with diagnostic software and tools
• Additional manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g Ford, Vauxhall, BMW, Audi etc)
• Valid MOT Tester License preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
