Salary: OTE up to £51,600 (basic £30,000 - £45,000; plus OTE up to £6,000) + £2,000 joining bonus

Colchester Land Rover are recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join their sociable team in a fast-paced yet rewarding workshop environment. Whilst working alongside ten experienced technicians, you will play a vital role in the team, carrying out vehicle repairs using the latest technology.
The service manager Charlie Girling has worked his way up in the company from a service administrator! It is a brilliant opportunity to learn from Charlie and develop your skill set with the support of the team. - Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
- Conducting vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
- Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
- Warranty repairs as per the manufacturer’s guidelines and relevant write up is complete
- Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
- Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
Although previous JLR experience is desirable, it is not essential to be considered, as brand accredited training will be provided. The same applies for any Diagnostic and MOT experience.
**Joining bonus is paid £1,000 in the first month of joining the team and £1,000 after 6 months of continuous employment.
