Due to this sustained growth, they are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual who is driven and would love to join their Valet and QC team at their brand-new facility in Luton.The Role:The Valet and QC team are crucial to the end of repair process; within the role the successful candidate will be ensuring all vehicles are valeted to the highest of standards and will check that the repairs have been carried out as required.The successful candidate will be responsible for the below tasks: * Appraising vehicles on completion. * Fully valeting vehicles including interior and exterior. * Manage inventory and reorder supplies when needed. * Ensuring that all vehicles are valeted to the highest possible standards. * Provide a prompt and professional service. * Quality checking with estimators, engineers, and paint technicians to ensure the repair is being carried out as required on the job card. * Ensuring that all vehicles have completed the repair process and prior to being returned to the customer have had all accident-related works carried out in accordance with Company processes, methods, and job card.What kind of person are we looking for?Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role or within a similar setting but this is not essential, however the successful candidate will need the below attributes: * Be reliable and hard working. * Must hold a full Driving Licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences. * Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be physically fit. * Possess excellent communication skills. * Be able to use initiative and work as part of a team
