Vendor Manager (B2C Customer Service Centre Ops Excellence Manager UK)

Hybrid working (2 days in London office)

About The Role

You will be a member of the Customer Service Centre team covering the UK market! In this role you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of the Customer Service Center Operational Excellence framework and programs for the B2C team.

In this amazing opportunity, you will get the opportunity to develop the definition of standards and the establishment of working processes for B2C team for the deployment into business-as-usual activities. You will development and implement the vendor management strategy and performance improvements and will be the B2C contact for Commercial activities and projects deployment.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for defining a strategy to track vendor performance and implement measurable key metrics and tracking tools.
  • You will define and implement a CSC compliance governance model.
  • You' will lead risk assessment, identify risk mitigation actions and ensure Business Continuity Management (including BCP) is updated, documented, and tested.
  • You'll be leading the forecasting cycle, coordinate data flow across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partnering with cross-functional internal stakeholders (local & Global teams) and external vendors, you'll look at ways to develop collaborative working relationships.

About you

  • You are someone who is passionate in delivering excellent customer service, with proven working experience in Operations.
  • You are someone who has experience with Vendor management & strategy, Change management, Program/Project management, Process re-engineering, Continuous improvements, and Risk management.
  • You'll have a deep knowledge and understanding of Operational & Compliance processes and standards.
  • You are someone who has the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
