Venue Coordinator

Who are we?

We are Apex Venues working in partnership with Excel Fundraising. Combined we support Dogs Trust, the UK's largest dog welfare charity. Our aim is to maintain relationships with high-quality venues for our clients, allowing them to raise funds for dogs across the UK and Northern Ireland by raising awareness among the public and gaining their support via regular direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

The Role

Due to growth in 2023, we are looking to add to our team with a new Venue Coordinator. Apex Venues works in a unique environment where no two days are the same. The team works closely to deliver an unrivalled service to our clients. If you enjoy developing and maintaining relationships, a fast-paced environment and being organised, then this is the ideal role for you!

You will be a success in this role if you

• Come from fundraising, venue-finding or B2B sales background
• Have the ability to use your incitive to problem-solve
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building client relationships
• Have a positive work ethic, driven to meet and exceed targets
• Have a full UK driving licence and your own car
• The ability and willingness to work in different environments each day
• Have a good level of IT knowledge

What we give you

• A permanent contract full time 5 days per week, 7 hours per day
• A basic salary of GBP25K with OTE of GBP40K. The commission is uncapped
• 28 days annual leave for full-time and pro-rata for part-time
• Company phone and tablet will be provided
• Paid mileage
• Auto enrolled in our pension scheme after successfully passing probation
