About the Role:
One of our Hospitality clients require a Venue / Pub Manager to lead the team at this flagship food-led pub in the Lincolnshire area. The Inn is a busy and bustling venue welcoming hundreds of visitors each week. Whether it's a BBQ in the sunshine or a conference in the conservatory, as the Venue / Pub Manager, you'll be vital in helping visitors create smiles - getting stuck in to give them an excellent memory that will last forever!
The purpose of this role is to:
Role model behaviour by leading the way as a visible presence in the venue, motivating and influencing others in delivering an exceptional dining experience for customers.
Lead and develop your leadership team and team members through coaching and personal development plans.
Demonstrate effective communication and ensure your team are up to date with relevant information.
Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
The ability to deliver all venue KPI's controlling food costs, margins and labour management.
Key Skills Desired:
- Have experience working in a leadership role in a food-led environment
- Level 3 in Food Hygiene
- Knowledge of stocktaking, labour control and Health & Safety practises in catering
- A personal license holder is preferable
- Thrive when working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to customers and your team
£35k + 10% Annual Bonus
