Typically, this person will As the Vessel Manager, you will oversee various aspects of vessel operations and maintenance schedules, ensuring seamless performance and client satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities of the SOV Vessel Manager:
• Client Communication: Keep clients informed about vessel operations and status.
• Client and KPI Management: Handle client requirements and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Port Call Coordination: Oversee port calls, contractor management, procurement deliveries, and fuel/water deliveries.
• Maintenance Oversight: Ensure proper administration and management of the company's planned maintenance system.
• Asset Management: Manage assigned assets, ensuring KPIs are met and assets comply with class and flag requirements, as well as new legislation.
• Compliance: Adhere to and enforce the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and procedures.
• Budget Monitoring: Track and manage the vessel's budget.
Qualifications and requirement for the SOV Vessel Manager:
• Sea-going Chief Engineer or equivalent, with relevant offshore support experience
• Experience in SOV management
• Strong maritime background, preferably within the offshore industry
• A problem solver that comes up with realistic solutions.
• Excellent communicator.
• Good eye for detail and report-writing skills.
• Must have the immediate right to live and work in the UK.
