Hours of Work: 5 days per week. 9am until 6:30pm with 30 minutes lunch and 2 x 10-minute breaks. Ideally 1:2 Saturdays 9am until 5pm (with a day off in lieu).

The Role
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all of their clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring the front of house is maintained and give all clients a 5* experience.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Taking calls to register, book and confirm appointments.
- Answer client enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
- Taking payments and ensuring accounts are settled.
- Emailing clients with reminders and offers.
- Creating social media content.
- Preparing consent forms and vaccination cards.
- Submitting insurances for the clients.
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
- Keeping front of house clean and tidy.
To be successful in this role:
- Excellent level of English.
- Good understanding of Microsoft office.
- Confident in customer interaction (including handling complaints).
- Good time keeping.
- Quick learning.
- Dedicated to the role and provided 5* customer service.
