Position: Veterinary Surgeon, experienced OR new graduate

With access to MRI, CT and a host of other diagnostics you are able follow your cases through from consultation to diagnosis and treatment.
The role
What You'll Do:
We are able to accommodate a vet with either a surgical or medical preference and can manage the diary as needed. However skills to do the basics of both are essential.
Collaborate closely with our motivated and skilled team members, exchanging knowledge and supporting one another for optimal patient outcomes.
Communicate effectively with kindness and compassion to our clients and their pets.

Skills and experience
Requirements:
MRCVS
Proven experience and proficiency in veterinary surgery.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Good written and spoken English
Dedication to high standards of patient care and a passion for advancing animal welfare.
Strong interest in personal and professional growth.
Branch
Our practice is renowned for its comprehensive and compassionate approach to veterinary care, we are well respected within the local community and even operate a pet food bank to help those in need. We see a wide variety of cases and procedures which will expand your knowledge and experience with the support of our dedicated team.
We are a RCVS accredited practice with an experienced branch partner who holds a certificate in small animal medicine, we are also an RCVS approved training centre for nursing, boasting an experienced nursing team.
Our team comprises of 3 vets, 7 nurses and 1 receptionist, we take huge pride in working together and supporting each other.
We are in a spacious clinic with three purpose built consult rooms, separate cat and dog wards, large theatre and separate scrub room. Important to note is a comfortable separate staff room and kitchen, equip with coffee machine!
We are located just 10 minutes from junction 12 on the M1, and are within walking distance to Flitwick train station, from here there are direct links to central London within 40 minutes. There are local coffee shops and supermarkets.
