Form of workWe are looking for an experienced, dedicated Veterinary Surgeon who strives to provide the best level of care for all our patients and their owners. You will have the ability to communicate confidently with associates at all levels which is important to us.
You will be able to prioritise your work based on clinical priority and importance. The successful applicant can expect to work in a happy and supportive environment, from our dedicated experienced nurses, patient care team right through to our client care team.
Responsibilities
Ensure assessment of all cases, formulating and implementing preventative, diagnostic and treatment plans as appropriate. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the practice to do the same. Ensure all treatment is carried out in accordance with practice protocols. To ensure the clinical team maintains regular communication with clients regarding case progress and clients are advised of case costs and informed consent is given. Ensure complete clinical records are maintained including correct and complete charging out of goods and services. To work alongside and delegate tasks as required with other clinical and support staff.
Rota: 41.5 hours a week.1 in 6 weekends. 1 in 6 Saturday mornings.
