As a critical member of the brand, you'll drive operational excellence, foster outstanding customer experiences, and spearhead growth initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Day to Day
- Drive performance in key KPIs, setting objectives, and providing visionary leadership.
- Manage departmental targets for client service, retention, referrals, and profitability.
- Build and motivate a cohesive service function, supporting team leaders and colleagues.
- Lead and optimize OHS Department managers and teams to deliver industry-leading service.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies supporting business needs.
- Ensure quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Invest in training and career development to enhance service delivery.
- Drive coaching initiatives to achieve continuous improvement in service quality.
- Develop strategies for technical knowledge enhancement and service improvement.
- Collaborate with the CEO to drive OHS sales strategy across Canada.
- Report on OHS delivery metrics and lead mystery shopping initiatives.
- Resolve client complaints and service issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Foster internal and external stakeholder relationships for growth opportunities.
- Promote awareness of additional services and drive referrals.
- Foster a hands-on culture and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage departmental budget and drive cost savings through optimization.
- Ensure internal Health & Safety compliance for Canada.
- Represent the organization in external events and media engagements.

- Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) qualification.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional OHS standards.
- Leadership skills to build, manage, and inspire successful teams.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
