Client Details

A global multinational manufacturing group and a true market leader in their specialist sector are looking to recruit a Vice President of Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain to oversee and optimise their sites across the UK and EMEA region.

Description

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the operations and Supply Chain functions throughout all manufacturing facilities and Supply Chain operations across the EMEA region.
  • Provide leadership to the operations and Supply Chain teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive operational excellence by optimising manufacturing process, improving productivity and reducing costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and execute the operations and Supply Chain strategy in alignment with the companies growth plans.
  • Lead lean initiatives and operational transformations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee end-to-end Supply Chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management and distribution to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and best practices for quality and safety.
  • Build and develop high performing operations and Supply Chain teams.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and Supply Chain activities.

Profile

  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in multi-site operations, Supply Chain optimisation and leadership.
  • Transformation strategy development experience with proven ability to drive performance improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience and technical skills implementing Lean tools within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills working in matrix led environments with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Home based with the ability to travel extensively throughout the UK and EMEA region.

Job Offer

Executive £six figure basic salary + annual bonus + long term incentive plan + full executive benefits package
