Job description

Background of department/role
Reporting to the Social Media and Content Manager in the Department of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, high-impact video and multimedia content across multiple formats in order to drive student recruitment, improve the student experience and support internal and external campaigns.
We're seeking a talented Video Content Producer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in creating content that resonates with youth culture and amplifies our social media presence. You will be first degree level qualified (or equivalent experience) with experience in creating engaging Video Content, from concept development to filming and post-production editing. You’ll demonstrate an aptitude for translating ideas into compelling visuals and audio and have experience in developing and executing creative and innovative ideas. Competency in a video editing package such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut X or other video production software and experience in all aspects of video production from pre-production to post-production are essential requirements.
How will you work?
Working with the Digital, Design and Content team for ensuring that the quality and standards of Video Content produced by the department communicates our brand, our visual narrative and meets the ‘Brand Guidelines’ criteria. You will also be responsible for providing support and guidance to external video production suppliers.
