We're looking for a passionate Video Editor to join our team here at Odyssey.

Over the years, we've collaborated with some of the biggest brands in the world, such as Microsoft, Dell, Huel, and hundreds of others. Now, we're searching for a highly skilled and talented Video Editor to help take our projects to the next level.

The role?

As a Video Editor at Odyssey, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' visual narratives. From crafting captivating short-form adverts to curating immersive long-form YouTube videos, all within fast turnaround times whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and creativity to make the videos that you work on have a real impact online.

Key requirements for this position?

We're seeking an experienced Video Editor with a proven track record of delivering polished content under tight deadlines. Mastery of Premier Pro, Davinci Resolve, and After Effects is a must, accompanied by a keen eye for colour grading and seamless editing. Here are the specifics:

• Exceptional project management and organisational skills
• A quick thinker who's resourceful in addressing editing challenges
• High level of proficiency in Premier Pro, Davinci Resolve, and After Effects
• Experience with working with LOG footage, professional colour grading
• A keen eye for detail to ensure smoothness and consistency
• A powerful storyteller with the ability to craft a compelling narrative
• Confident communicator with brilliant social skills
• At least 3 years of experience working in an editing role
• A driven mindset to always want to develop and learn new skills

Whilst not mandatory, if you have any of the following, it's a big plus:

• Proficiency in photography and image editing
• Up to date with social trends and platform algorithms
• Experience in motion design, animation, and sound design

Salary expectations:

We offer a competitive salary starting at £28,000 that can increase to £30,000 after passing your three-month probationary period. Salary is also reviewed annually.
