Our roots intertwine the protest origins of Pride with the spirit of celebration.. Our guiding values – Visibility, Unity, and Equality – drive every step we take.
Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.
With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Your Role
Pride in London is seeking a talented Videographer to join our creative team. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing visually compelling video content that highlights the diversity, inclusivity, and vibrant spirit of Pride in London events and campaigns.
Your Team
You’ll be joining a fast-growing production team who are responsible for overseeing and producing marketing content for Pride in London.
If you’re a creative and skilled Videographer with a passion for visual storytelling and inclusivity, we invite you to join us in capturing the vibrant essence of Pride in London.
Your Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and execute creative video concepts that align with Pride in London’s brand and messaging goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, marketing, and communications teams to understand the objectives of each video project.
- Operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio, to capture high-quality footage during events, interviews, and other relevant activities. Equipment will not be supplied by Pride in London.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of video projects.
What you'll bring to Pride in London
- Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
- Proficiency in operating video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong storytelling skills and an understanding of visual narrative techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey creative concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Passion for LGBTQ+ advocacy and the mission of Pride in London.
