Visitor Assistant

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Visitor Assistant to assist in day-to-day services of the business and provide excellent customer service.

You will be meeting and greeting customers, taking bookings and booking customers onto the system, supporting volunteers working in the service, provide customers with basic orientation information and actively promote the use of the service and assist with all enquiries.

This role is permanent, during March-October for 1 day only (Monday).

Hours are 9.45am-4.15pm.

Hourly rate is £11.44.

You will be required to work one weekend in 3 across the year.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, be able to work as part of a team and use IT systems such as Microsoft Office.
