We have two exciting posts available in our Visitor Centres.
Our Visitor Centres are situated on five of our Nature Reserves; including Cley Marshes, Hickling Broad NNR, Holme Dunes NNR, Ranworth Broad, and Weeting Heath NNR and we welcome 250,000 people every year to these reserves.
Visitor Centre Coordinators
Location: Holme Dunes or Ranworth Broad Nature Reserves
Salary: GBP21,006 FTE per annum.
Hours: Part-time 2 days a week from April to October and 3 days a week from November to March
Contract: Fixed Term
We are seeking Visitor Center Coordinators at Holme Dunes and Ranworth to deliver a warm, friendly and enjoyable visitor experience to ensure visitors leave understanding who Norfolk Wildlife Trust is and what we do as well as how they can do more for nature.
The successful candidate will ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day running of NWT Visitor Centre at Holme; including welcoming visitors and answering their queries, overseeing entry ticket sales and retail sales supporting membership recruitment and event promotion.
