Visitor Experience Assistant

Wakefield Museums & Castles are looking for a person to join our welcoming and family friendly front line team. As a Visitor Experience Assistant you will provide a high quality and engaging Visitor Experience at Wakefield Museum, Castleford Museum and Pontefract Castle. You'll support the delivery of activities, working creatively to tell our stories and giving general visitor infomation to encourage visitors to return again.
The varied role includes: meeting and greeting visitors, answering queries, delivering guided tours, assisting with school visits, workshops and events, plus general cleaning and room / site maintenance.
