The 17th Century Market Hall stands in the heart of our historic town, a popular destination for both locals and visitors to Warwick.

Market Hall Café
Our thriving café is popular with both locals and visitors to Warwick. Customers can drink in or take away a Monsoon Estates Coffee or try our speciality Golden Monkey teas whilst enjoying our menu of cakes, paninis, sandwiches, and toasties. We have indoor seating, plus outdoor seating in the summer months.
The Role
Our friendly Front of House team are dedicated to serving our visitors and the local community. They are passionate about promoting our services and motivated to achieve income target.
We are looking for team members to cover our busy Museum Café. Daily tasks could vary between making fresh paninis, speciality teas and barista style coffee, to promoting our cream teas and in-house events.
Our Café is open 10am – 4pm Tuesday to Saturday. This contract works on the rolling four week working pattern below.
Working Pattern
Week 1 - Wed 09:30-17:10, Thurs 09:30-17:10, Fri 09:30-17:10.
Week 2 - Tues 09:00-17:10, Wed 09:30-17:10, Thurs 09:30-17:10, Sat 09:30-17:10
Week 3 - Tues 09:00-17:10, Wed 09:30-17:10, Thurs 09:30-17:10, Sat 09:30-17:10
Week 4 - Wed 09:30-17:10, Thurs 09:30-17:10, Fri 09:30-17:10.
The Candidate
Happy to work in a busy customer-facing environment, you are confident and speaking to a wide range of people. Good levels of numeracy and literacy are essential to this role. Full training will be given. Please see Job Description for full criteria.
