£40,000 - £45000 per year  
We have a Coventry Head Office - You can work remotely with occasional trips to the Coventry office for team meetings.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for 2 Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Administrators to join our IT team and provide tech support and administration for our Moodle VLE systems. 

You will work as member of Arden’s VLE team, using your experience to ensure that we are effectively delivering the capabilities of the system based on the various user group needs.

You'll lead on and oversee first and second line support for VLE users across all administration aspects such as data quality, configuration defects, user management, whilst also working with the wider team to support other VLE management, development and enhancement activities. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the VLE and data consistency across integrated systems especially the Student Information System


About You:   

We would like to hear from applicants who have:

  • Experience in supporting / Administering VLE / LMS (Learning Management Systems). We use Moodle, so any Moodle experience would be ideal. 
  • Strong affinity for customer service and relationship building so that you can deliver and exceptional service to students and staff. 
  • Experience of working in an Agile/SCRUM framework. 
  • Database skills - ideally SQL 

Desirables:

  • Moodle experience / certifications in any of: Plugins management, App Configuration, Course Enrolment, Data Protection, Reports, Role Management, Admin Settings, Manage Users
