Here at GXO, we’re looking for VNA Drivers that hold valid in-date VNA fork-lift licences to join our team at River Island in Milton Keynes. You’ll be working full-time, covering 12-hour shifts.
We currently have availability on the following shift patterns:
- Rotating week 1: Sunday – Wednesday, week 2: Sunday – Tuesday covering 06:00 – 18:00
- Rotating week 1: Thursday – Saturday, week 2: Wednesday – Saturday covering 06:00 – 18:00

We’re looking to offer a salary from £26,000 to £32,175.78 per annum depending on the shift pattern you work and up to 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Operate all manual handling equipment in line with training, adhering to all safety measures
- Locating pallets and replenishment at case level in a fast-paced reactive environment
- Any required non-MHE warehouse work
- Ensure that all Health and Safety practices are followed in line with company policy
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- An in-date valid VNA fork-lift licence
- Previous experience working in a busy, fast-paced eCommerce operation would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work on own initiative, and to adapt to changing workload deadlines
