Salary: GBP26-28,000 DOE

Location: South Central Areas

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Vocational Tutors with expertise in Digital, Business, Customer Service, and Employability Management. The positions offer part-time contracts with flexibility for face-to-face or online delivery. Successful candidates must be willing to travel within the South Central areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Delivery :

• Deliver high-quality vocational training in the specified areas (Digital, Business, Customer Service, Employability Management).
• Tailor teaching methods to engage learners effectively.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure learners meet course objectives.

Flexibility in Delivery :

• Adapt teaching methods for both face-to-face and online learning environments.
• Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience in virtual settings.

Travel Requirements :

• Must be willing to travel within South Central areas to deliver face-to-face sessions or attend training sessions.

Assessment and Feedback :

• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the assessment team to ensure fair and accurate evaluations.

Collaboration :

• Work collaboratively with other tutors and support staff.
• Contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
• Qualifications and Experience:

Essential/Desirable Criteria:

• Expertise in Digital, Business, Customer Service, or Employability Management.
• Relevant vocational qualifications and industry experience.

• Possession of a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, PTLLS, AET etc.)
• Ability to adapt teaching styles for different learning environments.
• Proficient in using technology for virtual teaching.
• Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel.
