Voids Delivery Coordinator
The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring safety checks, repair works, component replacements, and associated tasks are completed for vacant properties, enabling them to become new homes for MTVH customers. This supports the Property Directorate and other departments in controlling, managing, and expediting void-related works.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
- Process void notifications and manage associated works with partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor works progress and achieve compliance within set timeframes.
- Record successful completion of works and update available-to-let status.
- Identify and manage non-routine or complicated works.
- Review risk and safety matters for delivery teams and customers.
- Assist with work requests from other teams and manage voids under different tenure types.
- Provide feedback on defective works and ensure corrective action.
- Work with data to resolve breaks in custody or compliance.
Competencies:
- Collaborative team player, able to work independently.
- Experience in a high-demand role, with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of property-related regulatory environment for Housing Associations.
- Experience in Voids Delivery management and legal compliance would be advantageous (not essential).
- Proficient in health and safety and risk management.
- Familiarity with NEC voids module is preferable.
- Ability to interrogate and review large data sets is essential.
