The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the Repairs & Investment section of Landlord Services working in the voids section.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be able to organise and catalogue data and information arriving daily at a pace. A good knowledge of Excel and Word will be essential to the role and an understanding of housing management systems would be desired.
Knowledge of dealing with external contractors is required, and the ability to assist the management team in the day to day running of the service providing essential administrative support service. You must be able to work as part of a team and independently with effective communication skills to work across departments.
