At Fortem we are currently recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join our team at our Birmingham branch. The successful candidate will lead our Voids Team of tradespeople and subcontractors in undertaking the required works to meet sharp deadlines. The Project
We are looking for a Supervisor to manage, support and motivate a team of Tradespeople to complete work, first time, on time, safely and effciently. You will need to work closely with various departments and the client at all levels to ensure an excellent service in delivered. Key Responsibilities To motivate, coach and retain tradespeople Devise a method for accurately assessing and categorising the competency profile of all team members Health & Safety Performance of contractors Selection and recruitment of Tradespeople Performance management of Tradespeople
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential Criteria: -Excellent communication skills -Excellent leadership skills Desired Criteria: -Good understanding of building maintenance -City 7 Guilds to appropriate level -Experience of supervising teams -Experience of mobile device use Appropriate qualifications including GCSE English & Maths or equivalent Fortem embraces diversity in the workplace and encourages applications from all sectors of the community.
