Job Description

I am currently working with a housing association in Liverpool looking for multiple Void Surveyors.
My client is on a journey to shape the future, having recently restructured their team to better fortify support for both customers and communities.
The Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that void properties are brought back up to standard and health & safety is adhered to.
What They Are Looking For:
* Extensive surveying team experience
* Knowledge of relevant legislation
* Ability to assess asset-related risks.
* Pre and post inspection survey
* Inspection of void properties.
* Identify and analyse defects.
