Role Overview:

Were looking for a Voids Team Leaderto join our Repairs and Maintenance team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a flagship repairs and voids service to Thirteens external clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Youll ensure efficient co-ordination of all resources to deliver an excellent service whilst also optimising performance, cost and risk.
You will use reporting and monitoring to shape the Thirteens Repairs and Maintenance service delivery using a positive challenging approach to promote continuous improvement.

About You:

• Youll be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
• You will be passionate about coaching and developing colleagues to ensure we deliver a first-class repairs service to our customers.
• You should be educated to HNC level or equivalent.
• You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience in an operational setting.
• You'll apply a flexible approach to delivering front line services in a challenging commercial environment with an understanding of health and safety and value for money principles.
