About the Role

Base Location: Slough, Reading or West London

Salary: £31,339 - £35,892 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time

SSEN are looking for a Voltage Complaints Technician to be based in either our Slough, Reading or West London depots. The successful candidate will need to:

- Demonstrate safety as the number one value throughout all aspects of work.

- Respond to customer enquiries regarding continuity of supply, keeping the customer at the heart of all solutions.

- Operate on the electricity network, monitoring its performance and delivering works to resolve technical issues.

- Ensure all work is delivered in line with operational standards and ESQCRs.

- Contribute to SSEN's progress toward a Net Zero world.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- DNO experience and or electrical authorisations.

- Experience and/or qualification in health and safety (IOSHH).

- City and Guilds 2339, EUSR and Street Works.

- Experience with problem-solving and delivering solutions.
