Reporting to: Customer Involvement Manager

Broad purpose of the post
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Involvement team as Volunteer Coordinator. This role will put customers at the heart of United Welsh, making sure our services benefit the changing needs of our residents and communities.
As Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll develop and deliver our approach to volunteering, supporting colleagues across the business to manage and develop volunteers and create opportunities for customers to volunteer with United Welsh or in our communities.
