SalaryThe Volunteer Manager at Rotherham Hospice plays a crucial role in supporting, developing, and growing our volunteer program across all areas of the organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Resources, this role is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to ensure they are effectively utilised and supported in their roles.
The Volunteer Manager will also work closely with staff and stakeholders to identify volunteer needs and opportunities for engagement, contributing to the delivery of fundraising, high-quality care and support services to patients and their families.
