Volunteer Role - Lived Experience Panel Member

You must have experience of living with someone with health/care issues. Involvement of people with Lived Experience of these services is essential in this work. Take an active role as a member of quality improvement programmes Participate in quality improvement training provided Promote and deliver a person centred approach to all quality improvement Ensure the person, carer and family perspective is integral in all quality improvement work. Take an active role in deciding how the Lived Experience Panel will work within Bolton. You will be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the desire to volunteer in a patient focussed environment. You will also need to have good organisational skills, with the ability to deal with sensitively and confidently with people face to face. Have an understanding of, or ability to learn, personal and professional boundaries.
