Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to youth in a safe and supportive environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for youth
- Foster positive relationships with youth, families, and community members
- Assist with homework and educational support
- Promote social and emotional development through mentoring and counseling
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth participants
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and program activities
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive program environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with youth in a similar setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish boundaries and maintain professional relationships with youth
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
